The Power Plant promotes the physical and social inclusion for people of all abilities.

Accessibility

To make our gallery space and presented art accessible to all, The Power Plant is wheelchair accessible. Both levels of the exhibitions are serviceable by an elevator, while there is a designated restroom located onsite. We also welcome guide dogs and other service animals.

If you have any questions in advance of your visit, please call (416)-973-4949. If you require assistance during your visit, please ask at the reception.

Visit the link below for more information on accessibility at Harbourfront Centre.

Service Animals

We welcome visitors with service animals to The Power Plant.

When it is not readily apparent that the animal is a service animal, staff or volunteers may ask for a document confirming the need for the service animal.

The owner of the service animal is responsible for the conduct of the service animal while on The Power Plant premises. The owner is responsible for looking after the service animal’s needs, including the cleanup and disposal of waste.

Please note: If the service animal is causing a disturbance to other visitors, the visitor and accompanying service animal may be asked to leave the area.
