Summer Art & Design Camp
Summer Architecture & Sustainability Camp for Youth presented by The Power Plant and No.9
Join us for an exciting, week-long summer camp where creativity meets sustainability. Youth will explore Toronto’s waterfront, learn about eco-friendly design, and dive into the world of art and architecture.
Campers will reimagine a more sustainable future for the city while discovering their passion for design and innovation. Throughout the week, they’ll take part in hands-on studio sessions led by artists and architectural designers. Activities include climate-inspired art, model-making, and designing sustainable communities—all guided by No.9’s sustainability principles and The Power Plant’s exhibition program.
Program Highlights:
- Reimagine Toronto’s waterfront with a focus on sustainability
- Create architectural models of future community designs
- Present and showcase their finished projects at The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery on the final day
This award-winning camp—recognized by UN-Habitat for promoting positive urban change—empowers youth to be creative problem-solvers and engaged citizens.
