Circle of Contemporaries is turning one! Members are invited to celebrate our first anniversary with a visit to the shared studios of artists working in Akin’s downtown space on King St. Following a tour and artist talks, drinks and light refreshments will be served on the roof terrace.

Akin is a Toronto-based arts organization that provides affordable studio space to over 300 artists across nearly 35,000 square feet of studio space in 8 locations. In addition, Akin offers free and low-cost creative programming and professional development opportunities to members of Toronto’s artistic and cultural community and to the public at large while building community through monthly art critiques, workshops, open studio events, gallery tours, exhibitions and more.Learn more about Akin Collective in their recent press features: http://www.akincollective.com/press
