In this timely and poignant performance, critically acclaimed director, playwright, and scholar Jaye Austin Williams engages with Charles Campbell's exhibition How many colours has the sea through a live stage adaptation of Toronto-based poet Dionne Brand's renowned essay A Map to the Door of No Return (2001).
This program is developed and presented in partnership with the Toronto Biennial of Art.
