The Power Plant

Mario Pfeifer’s Approximation in the digital age to a humanity condemned to disappear, features a techno soundtrack made from a combination of archival sound recordings and Pfeifer’s film footage. In this workshop, we will learn about beat-making with JUNO Award Nominee Ruben Esguerra. We will begin with beat-making through body percussion, then explore more complex patterns on instruments and with digital recording software.
