Partners in Art, in partnership with The Power Plant, presents this inspirational conversation about the possibilities of excellence in public art, a powerful vehicle that stimulates conversation, changes perspectives, and can delight or provoke us.

Toronto-based thinkers on the panel include Rebecca Carbin, Public Art Program Manager, Waterfront Toronto; Elle Flanders, Filmmaker and Artist, Public Studio; An Te Liu, Artist; and, Marianne McKenna, Architect and Founding Partner, KPMB. Each panelist will present personal views on the power of excellence in public art, followed by an open discussion moderated by Gail Lord, Co-President and Founder, Lord Cultural Resources.
