An evening for Ontario-certified teachers at The Power Plant
Join us after hours for an inside look at what’s happening at The Power Plant this season. Explore works on display, preview upcoming exhibitions, get a special sneak peek behind the scenes, and experience a taste of how we approach learning with contemporary art.
Our programs are rooted in conversation, curiosity, and inquiry. Rather than offering a single way of understanding an artwork, we create space for students to look closely, ask questions, and make connections to their own experiences and the world around them.
During the evening, we’ll introduce our 2026–27 exhibitions and school programs, share resources for bringing contemporary art into the classroom, and invite you to experience a short activity from our Learning & Engagement programs.
Most importantly, this is an opportunity to meet the people behind the programs, tell us what you and your students need, and begin a conversation about how we can support learning together.
Light refreshments and drinks will be served.
Space is limited. Register by September 28 to receive a special bundle of Creative Hub colouring cards to take back to your classroom.
