The Power Plant

Elyse Rodgers is a museum educator inspired by the ephemeral, provocative qualities of the gallery space as a site for learning. She completed her Masters in Museum Studies at the University of Toronto where she focused on education and accessibility in the art museum. She has worked previously as an intern at the Art Gallery of Ontario developing access points to the museum’s collections. She will discuss the exhibition Shelagh Keeley: Notes on Obsolescence and the artist’s use of drawing and space to talk about history, politics and society.
