The Power Plant

Plush toys are both objects to play with and objects that bring us comfort; they can cheer us up when we are feeling down and make others feel loved when given as a gift. Inspired by Kader Attia’s interest in the act of repair, this workshop invites participants to create a pair of mini plush toys using felt, string and other textiles. After creating their plush toys, participants are encouraged to gift one of their creations to someone experiencing sadness or loss.
