The Power Plant

Drawing inspiration from Pedro Cabrita Reis’ use of found and manufactured objects, participants will learn sculptural building techniques to create their own abstract sculptural artworks. Focusing on the creative manipulation of industrial building materials in relation to space and architecture, participants will collaborate to create a site-specific installation. At the end of the workshop, they can take their individual sculptural object home.

Tours and workshops are led by artist-educator Anna Bouzina, assisted by Marina Guglielmi.

Please note: For children ages 8 – 12 and their younger siblings and adult companions. Caregivers are expected to join their children in all activities.
