Diaz Contemporary first opened in the fall of 2005, with an inaugural exhibition of work by Canadian and Mexican contemporary artists. The exhibition set the tone and agenda for the gallery’s future programming, designed to showcase a range of artists from both countries. See Milroy’s review of the gallery’s first exhibition here.
The 10 anniversary exhibition 10 over 10 features works by: Kim Adams, BGL, James Carl, Francisco Castro, Pierre Dorion, Eleanor King, Kelly Mark, Elizabeth McIntosh, Francine Savard and Joseph Tisiga, some of whom will be in attendance.
