The Power Plant

Taking cues from Julia Dault’s rule-based approach to creative practice, this workshop will focus on experimentation and play with painting. Using various painting media and other materials such as vinyl, fabric and Plexiglas, participants will learn about a broad range of abstract painting techniques, enjoy experimenting with materials, and create their own unique mixed-media painting. At the end of the workshop, kids will take their creation home.

Tours and workshops are led by artist-educator Anna Bouzina, assisted by Marina Guglielmi.

Please note: For children ages 8 – 12 and their younger siblings and adult companions. Caregivers are expected to join their children in all activities.
