Join us for an exclusive tour of Integral House with award-winning architect Brigitte Shim and filmmaker Joseph Clement.
Integral House, commissioned by renowned calculus author, concert violinist and gay rights activist, Dr. James Stewart, is considered a masterpiece of architecture. MoMA director Glenn Lowery stated, “it’s one of the most important private residences built in North America is a long time.” Designed by the office of Shim-Sutcliffe Architects, Integral House was conceived as a private/public space that would accommodate musical and arts events for over 200 people. A feature documentary, Integral Man, exploring the life of Dr. Stewart and the cultural impact and beauty of Integral House will be released in 2016.
