10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
The Power Plant
In this workshop we will consider the use of translation and miscommunication in Amalia Pica’s exhibition ears to speak of. We will begin with a brief discussion about language, sound and the history of secret codes. Then, we will construct our own cipher wheels using paper, watercolour and ink. You can write your own coded letters and send them to a friend.
