The Power Plant

Mike Nelson investigates landscape in Eighty Circles through Canada (The Last Possessions of an Ocadian Mountain Man). Participants in this workshop will use this work as a starting point to explore aspects of narrative, landscape and abstraction. Using blank film transparency slides and various artistic media such as markers and paint to create short, sequential slide presentations, participants will screen their personal slide stories at the end of the workshop.
